El "Software" se refiere a la aplicación concreta que has obtenido (CUIX Maker Pro o TableForge), incluyendo sus ejecutables, bibliotecas, recursos y documentación. El "Autor" es el desarrollador independiente que publica el Software. "Tú" eres la persona o entidad que instala o usa el Software. Cada producto se licencia por separado bajo este EULA.The "Software" refers to the specific application you obtained (CUIX Maker Pro or TableForge), including its executables, libraries, assets and documentation. The "Author" is the independent developer who publishes the Software. "You" are the person or entity installing or using the Software. Each product is licensed separately under this EULA.
2. Concesión de licencia2. License grant
Sujeto al cumplimiento de este EULA, el Autor te concede una licencia mundial, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para instalar y usar el Software con fines personales o profesionales. Salvo que se indique lo contrario en el momento de la compra, puedes instalarlo en los equipos que utilices de forma razonable para tu propio trabajo.Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Author grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or professional purposes. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, you may install it on the devices you reasonably use for your own work.

No puedes:You may not:
- Revender, sublicenciar, alquilar o redistribuir el Software como producto propio.Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software as your own product.
- Descompilar, aplicar ingeniería inversa o intentar extraer el código fuente, salvo en la medida permitida por la ley.Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Eliminar o alterar avisos de copyright, marcas o atribuciones.Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or attributions.
- Eludir mecanismos de licencia o usar claves de licencia que no hayas adquirido legítimamente.Circumvent licensing mechanisms or use license keys you did not legitimately acquire.
.cuix / instaladores que tú generes con CUIX Maker Pro, y los dibujos y tablas que produzcas con TableForge. El resultado de tu trabajo es tuyo.freely distribute the .cuix packages / installers you generate with CUIX Maker Pro, and the drawings and tables you produce with TableForge. Your work output is yours.4. Propiedad4. Ownership
El Software se licencia, no se vende. El Autor conserva todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre el Software. Este EULA no te transfiere ningún derecho sobre las marcas del Autor ni de terceros.The Software is licensed, not sold. The Author retains all intellectual-property rights in the Software. This EULA transfers no rights to the Author's or any third party's trademarks.
5. Software y marcas de terceros5. Third-party software & trademarks
El Software es independiente y no está afiliado, autorizado ni respaldado por Autodesk, Inc. ni Microsoft Corporation. AutoCAD®, AutoLISP® y CUIX son marcas de Autodesk, Inc.; Microsoft® y Excel® son marcas de Microsoft Corporation. El Software puede incluir bibliotecas de código abierto de terceros (por ejemplo, ClosedXML), sujetas a sus propias licencias, que prevalecen para esos componentes.The Software is independent and not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by Autodesk, Inc. or Microsoft Corporation. The Software may include third-party open-source libraries (e.g., ClosedXML), subject to their own licenses, which prevail for those components.

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, la responsabilidad total del Autor por cualquier reclamación relacionada con el Software no superará el importe que hayas pagado por él. El Autor no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, incluida la pérdida de datos, archivos o trabajo.To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author's total liability for any claim related to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for it. The Author shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, files, or work.
8. Terminación8. Termination
Esta licencia termina automáticamente si incumples sus condiciones. Al terminar, debes dejar de usar el Software y eliminar todas sus copias. Las secciones sobre propiedad, garantía y responsabilidad sobreviven a la terminación.This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. The ownership, warranty, and liability sections survive termination.
9. Cambios9. Changes
El Autor puede actualizar este EULA. La versión vigente se publicará en esta página con su fecha. El uso continuado del Software tras los cambios implica su aceptación.The Author may update this EULA. The current version will be posted on this page with its date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
